Doug Cole
Vice President, Asset Management West
A native of Findlay, OH, Doug started in the restaurant business in his teens in a family restaurant/drive-in. He is a graduate of Michigan State University's School of Hotel/Restaurant Management. Having an operational background in F&B, he held corporate F&B positions at Hilton and ITT Sheraton as well GM positions with Hilton, Starwood, Griffin Hotels, and TPG Hotels.
Rick Snyder
Vice President, Asset Management
Rick has more than 30 years experience in the hospitality industry
including managing the Paradise Island Hotel & Villas and
the Pointe Hilton Resort in Phoenix. He is a member of the Hospitality
Asset Management Association and joining Pyramid from CNL Hotels
& Resorts where he was VP Asset Management for Strategic
Hotel Capital.
Christopher Devine
Vice President, Finance
Chris has over nine years of experience including public offerings
and debt offerings for public companies as well as financial
statement audits, due diligence projects and internal control
reviews and implementation. Most recently he was a Senior Manager
at PricewaterhouseCoopers Real Estate.
Harley Mayersohn
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Harley Mayersohn comes to Pyramid Advisors with a 30 year, wide-ranging
set of experiences in the resort and spa industries. He has
held both resort level and corporate level marketing roles for
such notables as LaQuinta Resort & Club, Canyon Ranch, and
Doral Hotels & Resorts. Gary Rosmarin
Vice President, Golf & Spa
Gary joins Pyramid from CNL Hotels & Resorts where he was
VP Portfolio Management. Prior to his tenure with CNL, he was
the Assistant VP Golf & Club Division for TOLL Brothers,
Inc. and Director of Golf Operations for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts.
David Urban
Vice President, Capital Projects
Prior to joining Pyramid, David was VP Planning and Development
for CNL Hotels & Resorts. He has over 23 years of management
experience in architectural engineering and design, commercial
real estate acquisition, development and construction.
Jim Merrill
Vice President, Asset Management East
Mr. Merrill brings more than 20 years
of hospitality experience to his position as Managing Director
for Pyramid's Southeast region. He joined the Guest Quarters
chain (later Doubletree and Hilton Hotels) immediately after
college and has remained with the system throughout his career.
His multi-unit management experience includes positions as Regional
Director for eight hotels in the Pacific Northwest and General
Manager for two properties in Cleveland, OH. The hotels under
Mr. Merrill’s leadership include Pyramid properties in Daytona
Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, and Plantation, FL. |
