Edward Riley, AIA
Senior Vice President, Project Management
Mr. Riley has over twenty years of diverse experience in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Planning and Construction Management.  Ed, a licensed architect, has provided senior leadership for companies including Intrawest Placemaking, Bertino & Associates, and Marriott International.  Prior to joining Pyramid Mr. Riley was the Vice President of Development for Intrawest Placemaking in Reno, Nevada.

William Tom
Senior Vice President, Project Development and Technical Services
Mr. Tom joined Pyramid Project Management from the Hilton Hotel Corporation, where he was Senior Director of Project Management, overseeing 26 development and renovation projects. He has held similar senior project management positions with Doubletree/Promus and Hyatt Hotels. Mr. Tom began his 22-year hospitality industry career following his graduation from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.

Fred Brandstrader, AIA
Vice President, Project Management
Mr. Brandstrader brings extensive design, development, and construction management experience to his position with Pyramid Project Management. First as an architect and later as a project manager, he has overseen new construction, acquisitions, and renovations of hotels throughout the United States. He was most recently Project Executive for Lend Lease Inc., where he oversaw construction-related projects in the hospitality and entertainment sectors.

Michael Kubick
Vice President, Project Management
Michael Kubick has close to 20 years of wide-ranging experience in hotel renovation, construction, and project management. After running his own construction services firm, he has been associated with hotel companies in Florida, California, and now, Massachusetts.  Mr. Kubick’s construction management experience includes Hilton, Doubletree, Sheraton, Marriott, and independent hotels and resorts.

Tim Sullivan
Vice President, Project Management
Tim Sullivan combines extensive experience as both a general contractor with Turner Construction Company and real estate developer with Eastern Development. He applies his commercial, industrial, and hospitality experience in both operations and business management to Pyramid's hotel portfolio.
