Edward Riley, AIA
Senior Vice President, Project Management
Ed Riley has over twenty years of diverse experience in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Planning and Construction Management.  Mr. Riley, a licensed architect, has provided senior leadership for companies including Intrawest Placemaking, Bertino & Associates, and Marriott International.  Prior to joining Pyramid, Mr. Riley was the Vice President of Development for Intrawest Placemaking in Reno, Nevada.

William Tom
Senior Vice President, Project Development and Technical Services
Bill Tom joined Pyramid Project Management from the Hilton Hotel Corporation, where he was Senior Director of Project Management, overseeing 26 development and renovation projects. He has held similar senior project management positions with Doubletree/Promus and Hyatt Hotels. Mr. Tom began his 22-year hospitality industry career following his graduation from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.

Michael Kubick
Vice President, Project Management
Michael Kubick has close to 20 years of wide-ranging experience in hotel renovation, construction, and project management. After running his own construction services firm, he has been associated with hotel companies in Florida, California, and now, Massachusetts.  Mr. Kubick’s construction management experience includes Hilton, Doubletree, Sheraton, Marriott, and independent hotels and resorts.

Doreen De Santis
Vice President of Finance, Project Management
Ms. De Santis has thirty years of diverse financial experience including the public accounting, design and construction industries. She has a BSBA in Accounting from Northeastern University and a Masters in Income Taxation from Bentley University. She has held similar positions in her previous employment. Her most recent position prior to joining Pyramid was as Vice President of Finance for seven years for one of the region's largest general contracting firms.
