∙Identified then led negotiations to close on new business worth a minimum of $20M in incremental room revenue at a resort

∙Identified an opportunity to develop a resort membership program that launched in May, 2009 and to date (thru 2013) has generated $8.3M in non-refundable initiation deposits, membership dues stream and resort ancillary spend (similar membership program then replicated at another property)

∙We directed the collection of $2.1M in sewer hook-up deposits from 2006 from a local water district

∙At our direction, a resort implemented a new resort fee that created $1.3M in revenue in 2012 and $1.2M in 2013

∙Due to Pyramid’s preferred relationship with Avendra we reduced purchasing costs at multiple properties by 7%

∙Pyramid senior management was instrumental in securing the Humana Challenge golf tournament in cooperation with The Clinton Foundation

∙Our programming initiative and direction resulted in a resort’s 20 point lift in Transient RevPAR

∙Project Management conceived, designed and developed a resort Royal Suite specifically for diplomatic, royal family and celebrity markets; results thru 2013 (inception was 2011) the suite has generated $1.6M in room sales with an ADR of $6114.

∙Pyramid assisted a broker in positioning and selling an asset; value of property at assignment was $12.5M; value on sale price was $19.5M

∙Pyramid initiative and execution brought an LPGA golf tournament to a resort in 2011; a new five-year agreement was signed in 2014 to keep the tournament at the property.

∙Under Pyramid’s guidance, resort grew Transient sales by $1.1M YOY

∙Project management has completed guest room and total hotel and resort renovation projects totaling $900MM in capital improvements since 2005

∙Pyramid has managed and gained entitlements at virtually every hotel and resort under asset management

∙Pyramid Project Management created concepts and development of six new resort restaurants
