P.A.L.M.S.: Pyramid Advanced Learning Management System

In partnership with the Educational Institute of the American Hotel/Lodging Association, Pyramid provides a monthly curriculum of department-specific training via the Internet.

Each property has a computer equipped classroom so employees can complete their training efficiently at their place of work and effectively through targeted modules. Employees have the ability to get assistance from local department managers during their training.

These training modules cover a specific curriculum that has a focus on the following:
