In partnership with the Educational Institute of the American Hotel/Lodging Association, Pyramid provides a monthly curriculum of department-specific training via the Internet.
Each property has a computer equipped classroom so employees can complete their training efficiently at their place of work and effectively through targeted modules. Employees have the ability to get assistance from local department managers during their training.
PALMS is a tool for scheduling, delivering and tracking training across all properties and functions, and is designed to make the process of managing employee training simpler and more effective.
