CARE Committee:
Each hotel hosts an employee-populated CARE Committee. Through this people-vehicle employees communicate directly to hotel management in an organized and effective manner, ensuring responsiveness from both parties.
The CARE Committee is a critical component of each hotel we manage and ensures an ongoing dialogue between hotel management and the employees.
