Pyramid's hotel management services consist of four
principal commitments to owners:

- Our internal, proprietary human resource programs support our standards of achievement and provide motivation, direction, training and support; and
- Property-based personnel are held accountable for results.
Pyramid believes that the foundation of a strong hotel management system must come from the local operating and marketing knowledge of our hotel staff, and not from the corporate office.

Pyramid is able to provide the tools and means to support and promote
property-based standards of achievement and the execution of owner’s
