• Developed 3 Residence Inns in the Boston area for approximately $100 million
• 2001 formed Pyramid Project Management which has managed the renovation of approximately $250 million worth of projects over the past 3 years
• 2003 Pyramid invests in first fund with hotels valued in excess of $500 million
• 2005 Pyramid invests in second fund with hotels valued in excess of $800 million
• Pyramid grows from 100 employees to over 7,600 in just 8 years
• 2006 Pyramid invests in third fund with hotels valued in excess of $900 million 
• 2007 Pyramid acquires CNL and takes over the asset management role and organization for 8 world-class resorts valued in excess of $4 billion
• Pyramid continues to invest remaining equity in its third fund.
