We source acquisition prospects from our extensive network of relationships with owners, consultants, brokers, investment banks, and hotel companies.  We are uniquely positioned to find investment opportunities that may be unavailable to others seeking to make investments in the sector.

Pyramid participates in several investment funds with over $500 million of capital  equity currently invested. Since 2003, Pyramid has made over $8 billion in hotel capital investments through its funds and partnerships. 

Pyramid has available capital for additional opportunistic investments, as well as for "core assets" with current yield.
