Pyramid Hotel Group understands the priorities and responsibilities of asset management from its years of experience owning hotel assets.  We manage assets in all stages of development, from a new build project, to an asset repositioning, to acting as interim asset manager during a complex sale process. 

Pyramid approaches each asset from the perspective of the owner – ensuring that the return objectives and quality of product and service goals are both achieved.

Portfolio disposition services:

In 2004 and 2005 the company served as the owner’s representative for Grubarges Inversión Hotelera, S.L., a Madrid-based joint venture and BBVA, Spain's second largest bank. Grubarges was selling its portfolio of 18 U.S. hotels, representing their entire U.S. portfolio of Barceló hotels. In this instance, Pyramid was responsible for asset managing the hotels during the disposition stage and ensuring a smooth transition process during a complex sale process.
