Pyramid provides hotel portfolio acquisition services for its partners. 

The company has provided acquisition services for the acquisition of approximately $7 billion of hotel assets since 2002.

Pyramid has equity available to acquire well-located, under-managed and/or under-capitalized assets that have upside opportunity, and to acquire "core assets" with current yield in the top 25 travel markets.

Pyramid and its partners are primarily interested in two types of transactions:
